RotopaX Spare Tire Mount - 6 Lug, Tacoma, 4runner, Land Cruiser

This is an adjustable Rotopax spare tire carrier mount designed for 6 lug vehicles using a 5.5" bolt circle. Toyota Tacomas, 4Runners, 40, 60 and 80 Series Land Cruisers, ETC.

This item is the mounting bracket and does not include the Rotopax tank or the Rotopax RX-PM Pack Mount. It is CNC plasma cut from 1/4" plate, 3/16" plate and 1/8" tubing, hand assembled, and painted. 

Spacing is adjustable 3 depths in 3/4" increments. Bracket is separated to remove the spare tire by simply removing a 1/4" spring pin. Picture is shown demonstrating placement at the shallowest setting on a 16" steel wheel with a 1 gallon Rotopax water container and 285/75/16 tire on a Wilco Offroad tire carrier.

This item currently will not fit the factory FJ Cruiser tire carrier without modification to the carrier itself. We are working to develop a product that will work with those carriers without modification.

This is a heavy duty mount. Much heavier than the mass produced product from Rotopax and as a bonus fits a Toyota bolt pattern without having to hack away drilling extra holes.
